Bookings are now open for the UMG Annual Conference 2016.
In a climate of increasing drive towards greater partnership working, this year’s conference reviews the benefits, costs and challenges of working together. Focusing on recent civic and university partnerships and international working we will explore different case studies and debate the role of leadership, partner expectations and the practical realities of ensuring positive and sustainable outcomes.
Ed Vaisey, Culture Minister, will be giving a keynote on the Culture White Paper and Hedley Swain, ACE Regional Director for the South East will be sharing his thoughts on ACE funding beyond 2018 and the strengths of partnership working within this context.
Tickets are only £25 and include a drinks reception and tour of the University of Reading’s newly refurbished Museum of English Rural Life.
